This means that even if your trip starts and ends at a different location, we account for the distance and time it takes to get from our garage to the starting point of the journey, and then return to the garage once the trip is over. This ensures that the vehicle’s full usage, including travel to and from your location, is accounted for fairly.
No, parking fees, toll taxes, and other incidental expenses (such as state entry taxes) are not included in the base trip cost. These are separate and are directly borne by the client. For example, if your journey involves crossing toll gates or parking in a paid facility, these charges will be added to your total bill and settled at the end of your trip. It's recommended to keep some cash ready for such payments during your journey to avoid inconvenience.
If a booking is canceled after a vehicle has been reserved for you, cancellation charges will apply. For outstation trips, we calculate travel on a daily basis. A "day" is defined as a calendar day, and each day of travel includes 300 kilometers. If your trip exceeds 300 kilometers in a day, any additional distance traveled will be charged on a per-kilometer basis at our standard rate. For example, if you travel 350 kilometers in one day, you’ll be charged for 300 kilometers as part of your daily package, and the additional 50 kilometers will be charged separately. Please note that for multi-day outstation trips, the 300-kilometer limit resets at the start of each new day.
Yes, when our vehicle crosses the Telangana state border, additional charges such as border entry taxes, state-specific taxes, and incidentals will apply. In addition, if the vehicle crosses or enters a second district within Telangana, route permit charges will also be applicable.
